• Seating is unreserved within each designated section. As seating is limited, please do not reserve seats with personal belongings.

• Please confirm the event date and seating section before purchasing. No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after purchase.

• Admission may be denied to anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or engages in behavior that disturbs other guests.

• The organizers accept no responsibility for accidents or incidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions or venue rules.

• Wristbands will be issued for each seating section and must be worn at all times until the end of the event.

• A ticket is required for all guests aged 4 and older.

• Children aged 3 and under may attend free of charge when seated with a parent or guardian.

Photography & Videography

• Photography with smartphones and digital cameras is permitted. Please refrain from using tripods.

• If you wish to use a DSLR camera, a photography application must be submitted in advance.

Venue Guidelines

• Food and beverages are not permitted inside the auditorium. Please take all trash with you when leaving.

• Please set mobile phones to silent mode and refrain from making phone calls inside the venue.

• Animals and pets are not permitted, except for certified service dogs.

• In the event of an earthquake or other emergency, the organizers may temporarily suspend the event to prioritize the safety of all attendees.

• Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
