Bikini

画像保存用(A4) (3).png

In the Bikini division, emphasis is placed on overall balance, symmetry, and a feminine physique. Competitors are evaluated on a toned, aesthetically pleasing appearance rather than excessive muscularity or deep muscle separation.

In addition to muscular development, overall balance is evaluated, including physique shape, body lines, and stage presentation.

Judging criteria include the following factors:

Overall balance and physique shape / Overall silhouette and structural aesthetics / Rounded shoulders and back width creating a three-dimensional appearance / Abdominal definition visible to the extent of a clear midline / Muscular development throughout the legs / Glute shape, fullness, and appropriate conditioning

Note: Excessive muscularity or extreme conditioning may be considered indicative of a different division.

Stage presence / Walk / Presentation and posing skills (stage presence) / Suit presentation and fit / Skin tone (tanning) / Makeup / Hair quality and overall appearance

Mandatory Poses

During prejudging, the following three mandatory poses will be evaluated:

Front Pose / Side Pose / Back Pose
