The Figure division evaluates symmetry and muscle tone equally.
Rather than rewarding excessive muscularity or extreme conditioning, emphasis is placed on a feminine shape and overall balance.
In addition to muscular development, emphasis is placed on silhouette and body lines that complement the athlete’s structure, the flow from shoulders to waist to hips, and overall presentation on stage.
Judging is based on the following criteria:
Symmetry (overall balance and proportion) / Muscle tone and appropriate muscular development / Feminine silhouette and body lines / Appropriate conditioning / Stage presentation (posture, walk, and overall presentation)
