Doping testing is conducted at WNBF JAPAN events.Testing rates vary by event. Please review the event details carefully when registering, as the testing percentage and procedures may differ from one competition to another.

A polygraph examination is conducted to verify the accuracy and reliability of information provided by athletes.Using specialized equipment, physiological responses such as heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure are measured and evaluated in conjunction with the athlete’s responses to a series of pre-established questions.WNBF utilizes polygraph examinations as part of its commitment to maintaining Clean Sport standards. The examination is conducted in conjunction with doping testing (urine analysis).All examination results are evaluated and determined in accordance with the standards and procedures established by qualified examiners and accredited testing authorities.

Testing may be conducted at the following times:Polygraph Examination: Conducted approximately 3–4 days before the competition at a location near the event venue.Urine Testing: Conducted on the day of the competition.Post-competition testing is not conducted. Refusal to submit to testing will result in ineligibility to compete.
